2022 Year In Review

Band Announces Roger Zare as First Recipient for Its BIPOC Commission Initiative

The San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band is proud to announce the selection of composer Roger Zare as the recipient of its inaugural BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) Commission Program. 2021 In Review

January 23, 2022
2021 was a roller coaster of a year. We put on two virtual concerts in the first half of the year and were later able to perform at numerous in-person events that represented many firsts for us and our community.
